Continual "run around" regarding replacement of defective bluetooth headset. All complaints regarding Nokia customer service follow the same routine, once my initial request was e-mailed to Nokia customer service the warranty department sends repeated responses, "we're working on it... we have passed your problem on to some other department, etc. I have passed these e-mails onto the President of Nokia North America (Mark Louison) have have yet to receive a response.
