Purchased a beautiful metallic platinum pantsa suit online from Spiegel. Wore to dinner one night. Took it to be drycleaned as the label instructed. NO METALLIC remained on the gray linen afater it was cleaned. The label instructions had no exceptions noted for specific solvents or chemicals. Spiegel schmegel refused to bal their fabric. Was told I could exchange - time for turn around of garments was to be 6 - 8 weeks. With no dry cleaning instructions noted, except "DRY CLEAN ONLY".
