I have a 5 month old HP laptop, still under warranty. It has experienced a black screen and freeze up since day 1. I contacted HP 3 times, they instructed me each time to set it back to factory settings, which caused me to lose all my settings and data. I sent the laptop back to HP for repair, and all they did was re image it. The same problem occurred again within a week of it being sent back to me.
