I can't stand the inefficiencies and rigid shipping procedures of UPS. They're not customer service orientated at all. I live in a dense urban environment (Harlem-NYC) where packages can’t be left at my doorstep. I had a roommate who agreed to lookout for a package due on a Monday while I was at work. However, the apartment number was missing on a package, and I was able to see this "Exception" added to the online tracking page.
