I initially thought I was getting a good deal for $204.00 to clean my carpets. However, Discovery Bay Carpet Cleaning damaged an area of my carpet and promised to reimburse me $75 in repairs that were needed. After making repeated requests for reimbursement during the past year, I still have not received reimbursement. I had never had my carpets cleaned before, because my carpets were pretreated when I built my home.
