I am required to log in an email and a password on HughesNet 's "Smart Viper" web window or cannot proceed any farther. I do not know what email it wants. I have tried every one I have but nothing is allowed that I try. To get my $100 rebate I have to log in first. I am stopped from proceeding any farther, furthermore the rebate site states also that I must have a printer to print out a rebate form to send in by snail-mail.
