Magic Jack has to be the single worst investment I have ever made. It does not perform as advertised; there is no clarity in either reception or transmission. I have spent hours and hours on the computer with tech support and everyone tells me it is fixed and yet when I use the product, the voice quality on either end is as if you are talking under water. I know in life you get what you pay for and magic jack was a quick fix for me since I didn't want to put a land line into a residence I would use for only 3 months.
