I can understand where HP is coming from as a company. There losing money just like another in this poor ecomnomic times, but to treat a customer like myself in the way there tech support did is just wrong. I have (not had) a problem with my officejet printer. I called the tech support line to see if there was any help. They informed me that my printer was defective and needed to be replaced.
