My information was picked from a contest to receive credit towards a packet. I went in on Tuesday Sept 2nd, 2008 with a 4pm appointment to meet and see what package to select. After my meeting I picked two packages and opened a laser credit account. My first appointment was scheduled for the Sept. 4th so the clinic manager charged the account for that day. After going home it was not the right time for me to get treatment so I called first thing on Sept 3rd and asked that the charges be reversed and the appointment canceled.
