CHase is terrible. I've had a credit card with them for years. Not EVER a late payment and a whooping $121 balance, usually paid off at end of month. REcently my mortgage company mistakenly reported my mortgage payment being late. It takes 30 days for the credit bureaus to fix the error on your report. Chase knocked my available credit down from $10K to $500. Had they at least called me I could have faxed the letter from the mortgage company admitting the error. So not only does my own payment history not matter to them they'll change terms at whim! read full review »
