I purchased a HP DV6 1352Dx Laptop from Best Buy in November 2009. It was a wonderful computer that was purchased with the sole intent of replacing a desktop computer. A little over two weeks ago the screen went haywire and started rolling. It was impossible to use the internal display but an external worked fine. I contacted HP Tech support and after trying several things to resolve the issue it was determined that the unit needed to be sent in for repairs.
