We cancelled Direct TV afer over 20 years 0f service. Since we paid Direct TV a month in advance, they will not refund our payment. Instead, Direct Tv says we owe them money(about 65 dollaes). Direct TV and their collection agency have been hounding us for two years on the phone. . My husband explains that they owe us money. Yhey also call at odd times. Then the oddest thing happened.
