Enrolled for 5-year plan. Magic Jack now regularly drops calls, has poor line quality, now USB device is not recognized by Windows 7. Spent hours on chat window with worthless, disrespectful techs. Asked for money back on unused portion of service (4 years). They are refusing, saying once service is activated, it is non-refundable even though nowhere on 5 Year service plan site can you find any info stating these terms. They are an outright pyramid scam.
