I bought two HP Dv9000 Laptops in 2007 and both have stopped working after the Warranty period both with the same issue, the screen started getting garbled graphics then both end with blank screens when plugging an external monitor into the aux output there is graphics but garbled. I have laid the complaints with HP and have also found out that many others had the same issue which seems to be caused by a problem with the Nvidia chip, but they do not want to repair it as it is out of warranty which i feel is not correct as the issue is a manufature fault. read full review »
