I bought a HP Photosmart Pro B8350 printer 6 months ago from curry's. It has now decided to refuse to take any new hp colour ink cartridge . while complaining to HP. they e-mailed me a telephone number. guess what it was a call center in India. They asked me for the product code which i happily gave them. HP india said this printer is out of warranty, Its 4 years old... So is it my fault that either Currys or HP have had this printer stored in a warehouse somewhere and is it normal for somebody while buying a printer to ask to look at... read full review »
