Our majik jack stopped working 11 months after purchase. While in the midst of trying to work with online c.s. had to renew contract. Did so with understanding that if issue was equipment we could return it for refund. They lied. We just learned that not only can we not return it for refund, we have to pay an additional $10 to have a new one shipped. read full review »
