We have an extended warranty on our minivan which covers ALL major problems. Well 6 months after purchasing the minivan, the TRANSMISSION died. The service department at Gateway Motors is supposed to be putting in a used transmission because that is what the warranty will cover. Our deductible is $100. The service technicians are so incompetent that it took them 5 HOURs longer than the time alotted by STATE REGULATIONS. Now they want more than $500 for our minivan!!!
