Ordered Sony blu ray player with free Avatar Special edition disc. Player delivered and works great. No disc has been sent. have contacted customer service twice and told the disc would follow. Have now written to the marketing director twice but not had a reply. I have used the company for many years and was completely satisfied with the goods and the service until now. From the reviews of this product quite a few others have not recieved the freebie. Will now be going to Trading Stadards. read full review »
