Best Wig Outlet sent a 30% off coupon to my emal. Based on this sale I purchased an item but during checkout the coupon code was "invalid". I proceeded with the order after trying to enter the code numerous times. I then contacted the company to inform them of their coupon glitch and asked them to honor their special. I have been a customer for several years and was quite surprised at their TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They basically stated, sorry you didn't call us before the order was actually placed.
