Complaint, On 5/16/10 I went to the Smithfield, RI HD store and paid and scheduled a measuring for carpet installation. The Tech came to my house on 5/17/10 and took the measurements. On 5/19/10 I received 3 phone calls reminding me to go to a HD store and pick out a rug and schedule installation ( confirmation number 6003773). On 5/19/10 at approx. 4:10 PM My wife, daughter and I went to the Smithfield, RI store to pick out a carpet, schedule installation and pay.
