Raleigh Orthopaedic is knowingly sending out incorrect bills to patients. They have advised me that when they switched over to electronic billing with BC/BS, the system does not correctly register the payments, and they are billing patients for money that RO has already received from the insurance provider. They are aware of this computer glitch, but have made the decision to send out the bills anyway, even though they know they are wrong.
