I received a letter in the mail, May 20, 2010. I called to inquire what letter was about. Chase has been sold to ACS Education Loan Services. I had established months a go to reduce payments, which would be $91.23 a month. I spoke with the rudest, most arrogant person ever. I felt like I killed someone. She said I was behind, would not reduce my payment and when I insisted on speaking with supervisor, put me on hold for many minutes. Supervisor was worse than the other person.
