I have been in the loan modification process since 06/09 with Chase Home Finance and have been making my forbearance payments since then, I was told I would only be in this process for 90-120 days, it is now going on 8 months and still haven't heard a thing. I call at least once a week and I am told different things each time. I haven't even been assinged an analyst yet, all required docs have been sent several times.
