I should have read all the complaints about Book in Hotels before making a prepaid 9-day reservation with them for the wonderful Graben Hotel in Vienna. What the other complainants say about this shifty operation is certainly true. Our booking was made in July for a stay the following March; the reservation was cancelled a few weeks after it was made.
