In February of 2010 I moved from a house to an apartment. I checked with my apartment manager on whether or not I could have satellite at the apartments and she said yes. I put in a request to move my satellite to my new apartment with Direct TV. A technician came to my apartment on February 4 and I handed him the restrictions that the apartment manager gave me (no drilling holes in the walls, no mounting anything on the sides of the buildings, etc).
