Hard to explain..I am at a disadvantage and disabled..they charged me for nothing..never wanted the phone and can't get a refund so far. Now my rent is due.:( I only wanted this to call my sick mother. Magic Jack I am seeing is a scam..I so need that money back:( I really don't know how to deal with this..I have to have that money as I am on a strict budget with not a dime left over in the month because of high rent and bills.
