I had broken my cell phone and went online to get a replacement. The process was smooth and easy. Instead of overnight, I got it two days...not a big deal. When I recieved the new phone and went to activate it, the screen started glitching. It would not let me calibrate to my settings, instead kept beeping anywhere I pushed. Anywhere on the screen I touch, it opens up a totally different icon on the menu. I am very disapointed to have recieve a broken phone to replace my currently broken phone.
