This is my first time ordering from Target.com . It has been a total fiasco. I am irate. 1) The very large desk I ordered was sent in a single, HUGE, package. As a result: a) It arrived damaged in shipping. b) It was literally impossible to get up the stairs to my apartment. Who on earth made this decision?! 2) When I tried to return the item, this was also impossible because: a) Target sent UPS to my billing address--not the address to which I ordered the desk!
