On April 27 2010 I telephoned Direct Tv informing them of an address change on May 1 and to increase the number of receivers on my account from 3 to 5. They are now billing me from April 27 for such. I called customer service enquiring as to why this is so since I already know that they run ads on various channels saying this service is free when relocating.
