I was waiting for the Free upgrade that I was supposed to receive for Windows 7 when I purchased my new computer. When it never came I contacted the service department and was told that I had to register my software at a site. (Something I was NEVER informed of). They also claimed to have sent out emails informing those eligible about the need to register. (An email I never received). Now, you can no longer register and the offer is no longer available.
