I was given a letter of settlement after being told by Ken Carpenter the superviseor whom should not be at all. I later called back and talked to a nicer man and he was able to do what I wanted and make it better for me. I had a boyfriend pay part and the rest due at the end of the month. When I called to pay they were closed not knowing they close early on Saturday and they were not open on Monday due to the holiday.
