Started my refinance process in October of 2009, and went with Chase because I thought it was the easiest way since my mortgage was already with them. I sent in all my paperwork, tried to hold them off from taking the $750 fee until they just took it from my account. $350 is refundable once you close. I really didn't know what I was doing and trusted that I was getting the best deal and my mortgage broker kept telling me to trust him he has my best interest in mind, etc. Silence for a while, and they called and said my loan was approved... read full review »
