The dealer offers a special - meanwhile STEALS the modem I paid for in FULL and the satelite DISH and charges a new install fee and puts in a new Modem that I now have to LEASE and pay for a lease every month. The dealer upgraded my plan without telling me so I have a higher plan - crappy reception and a lease fee, and NO ONE in billing will help - All they do is assign case numbers, keep you on hold and disconnect you.
