First of all, I've talked to a dozen or more Navy Federal representatives about membership and auto loans over the past week and only one or two have been helpful. The rest seemed bored, or to have an attitude with me for bothering them with my questions or concerns. I know that it's just the luck of the draw, but it was a turn off for me.
