We signed up with Windstream 's "bundle" packages; phone, internet, satellite last August. Free set up, etc promised. First bill comes $800 plus...call and get the "Oh, it's this fee, that fee, " etc. Think it's straightened out until the next bill comes and there are more "fees." Start-up, receivers, modems..anything they can think of to charge you for they did. Still have to call (and spend literally HOURS on the phone each call) and try to fix it.
