This organization sends out email promotions stating they have recieved a grant for reimbursment of certian tuition cost from the California "Employment Training Panel" (ETP). These reimbursments are for training classes in "Home Energy Performance" and certifications needed to be a qualified Home Performance Contractor. The training and instruction is very good.
