I had 2 lines. On 3/9/10, I requested to change the phone number on my 2nd line at Verizon Magazine St. store, NOLA. However, the owner of the store took the phone of my 2nd line and gave me a new phone. Only after I received the next month's bill I learned that I have 3 lines on my account. We've talked to customer service many times but they refused to adjust the charges. We've gone to the Store and the owner Rene is never there and no one else will help us.
