I bought perfume for my fiancee more than two months ago and up to now I have not received anything. I emailed FragranceX 4 times and they replied to the first two asking for patience. The third and fourth emails were ignored. Got the automated reply saying "Thanks for your email, your request is important to us and will be responded to within one business day. " and yet it's just a bunch of lies. They are good when they deliver but they ignore you when things go wrong! read full review »
