I visited Massage Envy on Saturday, June 5, 2010 to inquire about services and pricing. While there only a few seconds in walked an extremely angry woman. She kept complaining that Massage Envy promised to not bill her credit card but did. She firmly reminded the guy on staff there of what was confirmed.
