I called dishnetwork to ask about cable for our home in August of 2009. The representative I spoke with offered me a plan called "Digital Home Advantage DishFAMILY With Locals" for $29.99 a month. I explained that I wanted a low cost plan and asked if there were any additional charges. I also explained that I didn't want to get a promo offer and then have the price increase at a later date.
