This company was authorized to take a monthly payment from my checking to pay on my loan and this month they went ahead and pulled 2. When I called them they proceeded to tell me that they had to investigate and that they could not put the payment back to the account even though I sent them proof that 2 payments went threw, because they thought the back was going to denie the transaction and then they would have given back 2 payments. Now I sit here waiting for my money to be returned so that I can pay my other obligations while they sit on my money. read full review »
