I purchased the Magic Jack last summer. It worked great for a few months. Then I bought the 5 year subscription and disconnected my land line phone. Wrong decision! The magic jack audio quality on my voice to others is terrible. IT crackles and breaks up so much they cannot understand what I say. I can hear and understand them fine. I've spent hours with my local internet provider, even upgraded my speeds. I spent over 5 hours with Magic Jack support personnel.
