I have an FHA loan with an impound account, of which Chase is supposed to administer. When I went to refinance the loan, they assured me and the new lender that they were paying the property taxes. After withdrawing from my escrow account, paying the County, and then subsequently getting refunded by the county through error - I got stuck with $350 in delinquent penalties. Chase refuses to acknowledge their responsibility and will not pay the fees. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHASE! read full review »
