When I opened account 6 yrs ago, I was told when I close the account., I will need to send the equipment back. They would ship me boxes to put the equipment in so there would be no cost on my part. I closed the account last month, and was told my cost would be $15, deducted from the balance credit. I just received my last bill and surprised to find out that DISH charged $15 for each box !
