I am very "UPSET" at Cricket because I have had problems in the past and yet having problems with "CRICKET CUSTOMER SERVICE." I called customer service at 1:10 pm (Memphis Time) and was on the phone until 2:45 pm when I finally talked to a representative. I was very UPSET and MAD constantly listening to the phone ringing and ringing and then it hangs up on its own and continues to do it.
