June 11, 2010 I see a lot of bad experiences with McAfee charges etc. On the other hand, I ordered McAfee online with a VISA charge but decided not to download it because their procedure had me confused. I called McAfee on June 8 2010 and was connected to a person in India within a minute. He authorized a VISA credit and gave me confirmation numbers for the credit and for the conversation. My credit appeared on my VISA acct within three days of my call. Can't complain about that. read full review »
