On trying to log into my account I received a message saying that RBC was having difficulty identifying me and that I should try again. After a number of tries, I called the RBC help line. After answering all of the normal security questions, the support line informed me that my account had been locked because of 3 invalid passwords. (I have had this account for a year and I do all on my bills using it. I did not enter the password incorrectly 3 time in a row, not that it is germane to my story).
