Had laptop less than 30 days. already had to take a defective one back. then used for 2 wks, closed the computer LCD (did not drop or fling or slam) only to open it up and find blobs and lines all over the screen. I have the xtra service protection but I was told no refunds because it was over 14 days and no where did I see or was I informed by Office Depot this was there policy.
