I applied for a Target Visa, at least that is what I was told by the Store worker, and I received a regular target card. When I applied, I told the gal that the address on my DL was different then my home address. She said not a problem. Wrong!! Now Corporate is asking for copies front and back of my DL, SS card, and Pay stubs. All this for a target card. It's not a AMEX card. Big mistake!!! read full review »
