Was pleased with MagicJack in the beginning. But when I had any problems arise found the ONLY way to communicate was through 'LIVE CHAT'. What a joke. Sit at computer for 2+ hours twice!! When I asked for a phone number to talk to someone, guess what? They don't have one!!! They are in the business to allow people to "call" others and "talk" really talk to each other, yet they don't do the same??? How HYPOCRITICAL!!! Can't they afford to have a phone line of their own?
